• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability

• Room tariff and Government levies are subject to change without notice.

• Extra person / Extra bed charges as applicable.

• Management reserves the right to sell rooms based on Enquiries /demand, if check-in doesn’t happen within the allotted time given.

• Cheque / DD / RTGS / NEFT is subject to realisation, after confirmation of the payment only. The booking will be confirmed.

• 100% billing will be done for “No shows” and “Cancellations”.

• The cancellation should be given 48hrs.before in advance on Account of 100% refund. Or 24hrs before in advance on Account of 80% refund.

• Advance once received cannot be adjusted with future bookings or refunded on Account of “No Shows” or “Cancellations”.

• All Rooms are non-smoking Rooms.

• Individual Guests below 18 years of age are not allowed at the property.

• According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at The Grand Regent. The identification proofs accepted are Driver’s License, Voters Card, Passport, and Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.

• Local ids are allowed

• Pets are not allowed.

• Outside foods are not allowed.

• The room tariff includes all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, Laundry mini bar, snacks or telephone calls, Travel Desk). These will be charged at the time of check-out from the Hotel
