Safety & Precautions:

• The exhibitor / customer shall carry out his / her business ensuring the safety of his direct / indirect employees and general public by fulfilling all safety norms. The exhibitor / customer shall be responsible for the life and safety of his direct / indirect employees by following all safety norms religiously. The exhibitor / Customer shall also be responsible for injuries, loss of life, loss of human parts that may occur to his direct / indirect employees and the employees of the principal employer, general public and for the property damages, if any, that may arise on account of non compliance of safety norms, negligence etc., while in occupation of the given hall / venue.
• The exhibitor/ Customer shall provide necessary personal safety kits, first aid kits and other related apparatus to his employees and maintain the same in good condition suitable for immediate use at any time.
• The exhibitor / customer shall be responsible to take necessary safety precautions, licenses and permissions from the concerned authorities to conduct his / her business in a smooth manner at THE GRAND REGENT.
• The customer / exhibitor is expected to be highly vigilant in the areas of electrification, storage of materials meant for sale etc., in order to eliminate potential hazards and accidents related to fire etc.,
• The exhibitor is expected to use the existing electrical set up in the hall and alterations or additional requirements, if any, can only be done upon taking necessary permission from Engineering Department under intimation to Sales / Food & Beverage Department.
• The Grand Regent is equipped with 24 x 7 Security at select positions throughout the property. However, the exhibitor / customer has to make his / her own arrangements to safeguard the materials belonging to them.
• The hall allotted to you is equipped with basic fire fighting equipment's i.e. extinguisher and fire alarms etc., In case of emergency, exhibitor / customer may get in touch with Engineering / Security department at 8870822522 / 9585521028 / 9629907744 to address the issue.
• The given hall can be used only for the purpose stated. Under no circumstances guest / customers will be allowed to stay in the hall / Venue.
• Smoking is strictly banned inside the hall / venue going by the Government norms and AC environment. However, smoking is allowed in open areas / smoking zones within the hotel premises.
• It's mandatory to submit the copy of receipt to us, paid towards chief minister relief fund at Collectorate. Also request you to obtain necessary NOC's from The Govt authorities i.e. Fire Service, Police Department & Coimbatore Corporation etc. NOC Copies should be submitted well in advance to the hotel for administrative convenience. Our Management is not responsible for any penalty/notice made by the Concerned Govt authorities for not obtaining permission / fee.
• Always close doors when A/C is on in the hall to maintain indoor temperature stable. Leaving doors open will allow conditioned air to escape. Kindly follow the same strictly.
