We recently hosted our child’s ear piercing ceremony at Grand Regent, and we couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. From the moment we booked the venue, the team was incredibly professional, responsive, and accommodating to all our requests. The hall itself was beautifully maintained and perfectly suited for a traditional yet comfortable family gathering. We booked Sarva ball for room, that was elegant and complemented our decoration for ceremony. The seating, lighting, and cleanliness was good. What truly stood out was their hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all our guests felt welcomed and cared for. Every detail from the arrangement of chairs to serving food was handled with great attention and warmth.Viji, In charge of all this consistently made sure we were comfortable and made good food suggestion. I had a last minute request to get a birthday cake for my niece and she arranged it in no time. Through out my experience I only got yes for all my requests . We also appreciate their help with coordinating decorators and assisting our guests throughout the event. Special thanks to Viji and Team who was always available with a smile to help with anything we needed.At the very end I wanted to tip the team and they politely didn’t accept it . Overall, it was a memorable and smooth experience. I would highly recommend this hall to anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion with grace, tradition, and heartfelt service.

Only went to the halls. One for the meeting n the other for lunch. 400/- for 60ml of magic moments n 240/- for a 330ml of kf was exhorbitant. Food was good

Great hospitality, variety of food for buffets (one of the best buffets I've ever been to), serene and aesthetic atmosphere suitable for any mood. Very clean rooms and perfect for an explorer. Once again amazing hospitality! Must visit spot. And budget friendly.

Such a nice hotel to dine…..very good interiors….so delicious food items…..i used to have breakfast,lunch and dinner whenever I find myself free….all the food items were of good quality……Biriyani items were so delicious to have……….good hotel to dine….enjoyed well😊

Five Star Experience for a Three Star Price

If you want to experience Five Star customer service and amenities for a Three Star price, go to The Grand Regent, Cbe. The team at Grand Regent took care of every minute detail to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay at the hotel. Like their Manager mentioned, it was truly a home away from home in all aspects. They cook food with their own prepared masalas and everything had a homely touch. Even the lobby and premises were little different from a typical hotel set up. The rooms are very spacious and had balcony and outdoor seating arrangements to relax. Apart from all these, the hotel location makes it very convenient and accessible. Would definitely consider only Grand Regent for my future visits to Cbe

Vidhya, I have had the opportunity to stay at The Grand Regent on three or four separate occasions, over the last 7months . The very first impression I had of the hotel was not so much the ambience,which by all standards, was very good.but the courteousness of the staff at the reception and thereafter at the restaurant. I could not help ,but call them by name ,as they made me and my family feel that we are all part of a family. Special mention must be made of Keeston,Vignesh, you Vidhya, and Ravi at the Restaurant. I have not been able to recall the other names but know their faces. I would definitely be wanting to stay at your hotel any time I visit Coimbatore . God Bless You All And Your Families.
